This policy explains what personal information YexUna (“we”, “us”) collects when you browse, create an account or place an order on this website, and how we use and protect it.
Who we are
YexUna is an online fashion store based at Comilla, Nangalkot, Chhariya Bazar, Pankora Sorder Bari - 3582, Bangladesh. You can reach us at [email protected].
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, e-mail address (optional), delivery address and the items you order.
- Account details: name, phone and/or e-mail and a password. Passwords are stored only in a one-way encrypted (hashed) form; we cannot read them.
- Google sign-in: if you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your name and e-mail address from Google. We never receive your Google password.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or support tickets, and the e-mail address you give us for newsletters.
- Technical data: IP address and basic browser information used for security, fraud prevention and rate limiting.
How we use your information
- To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and refunds.
- To send service e-mails such as order confirmation, order status updates, password reset links and security notices.
- To send offers and news by e-mail only if you subscribed. Every message can be unsubscribed from with one click.
- To keep the website secure and to prevent abuse and fraud.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of essential cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and remembers your cart, and a language cookie that remembers whether you prefer English or বাংলা. Your wishlist can also be kept in your browser’s local storage while you are not signed in. We do not use these for advertising.
Payments
We offer Cash on Delivery. If online payment is enabled, you are sent to our payment gateway partner to complete the payment. We do not see or store your card or mobile-wallet credentials; we only receive the payment status and a reference for your order.
Who we share information with
We share only what is needed with delivery/courier partners (name, phone, address, order contents), our payment gateway, and our e-mail and hosting providers who process data for us. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal reasons. Password-reset tokens expire quickly and can be used only once. You can ask us to delete or anonymise your account data, except where we must keep records by law.
Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep it private.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update your details in your account, unsubscribe from newsletters at any time, and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
