By using this website or placing an order with YexUna you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy policy.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by e-mail or phone and may cancel or refuse an order (for example if an item is out of stock, a price is shown in error, the address cannot be served or the details look fraudulent). If we cancel a prepaid order we refund the amount paid.

Prices and availability

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice. The price at the time you place the order applies. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Payment

You can pay by Cash on Delivery, or by the online payment method shown at checkout when it is available. For Cash on Delivery please keep the exact amount ready and check the parcel in front of the delivery person where possible.

Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays and incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please give an accurate address and a phone number that is reachable.

Returns and refunds

A return can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, with tags and original packaging. Some items may not be returnable for hygiene or other reasons stated on the product or in our Returns & refund policy. Approved refunds are paid back through the agreed method.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt it, bypass security, scrape it at a harmful rate, or place false orders.

Product information

We try to show colours, sizes and descriptions accurately, but screens differ and small variations can occur.

Intellectual property

The YexUna name, logo, photos, text and design belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
